Outside:
Photographed here with the optional Silverline Pack, which includes a full silver paint finish and alloy wheels, the Knaus Van Ti has an attractive, sporty stance. Moulded grey skirts and body cappings smooth the corners, while tasteful graphics break up the flat side panels.
The view of the rear continues the modern theme, having light-clusters set in aluminium style inserts within grey raised corner mouldings. Rear graphics are not overdone, confined to well positioned ‘Knaus’ and ‘Van Ti’ logos.
Service connection is straightforward, although access for the gas bottles is via a locker within the garage. Grey waste water disposal is through a valve under the nearside skirt, the insulated waste tank having an elbow outlet. |

Inside:
Opting for the fixed glass sunroof over the cab, as shown here, enhances the feeling of airy space in this compact motorhome. The Midi-Heki rooflight, swivel cab seats by Aguti, front cab blinds and entrance door flyscreen, which are all part of the Homeline Pack, make this a must-have option.
Once the cab seats are swivelled, the dinette table extension comes into play, which will also double up as extra kitchen surface. Storage is at a premium here; half of the kitchen base unit is swallowed up by the fridge with no oven present, whilst the fresh water tank is under the dinette seat. There are however, a reasonable number of top lockers, cubbyholes and a wardrobe, plus of course that big garage outside.
One of the most innovative aspects of this vehicle is the washroom, having a pivoting vanity sink, which swings into a hidden recess, transforming the washroom space into an adequate shower cubicle. A sliding screen between the washroom and the wardrobe provides a small private changing area. Two small steps make access to the good-sized rear bed easy. Internal lighting is not over-generous, especially in the cab area.
