Outside:
No doubt about it, the Tribute 650 is a smart looking vehicle. The combination of silver exterior, grey rubbing strips and toned graphics, makes for a pleasing appearance, topped off by the roof bars which add to the sporty styling. Ok, so there’s a reminder that it’s a ‘Tribute’ on all four sides, but they’re not too obtrusive.
There’s no back window in the 650 (there is in the 550), however, visibility from the Fiat cab mirrors is very good. The rear doors are large, giving immediate access to the Thetford toilet, gas locker and table storage. Access to the water filler, hook-up and waste water dump are all along the offside. |

Inside:
The first impression here is, ‘how did they fit it all in?’ Inside this sub – 6 metre body length there is a fridge-freezer, oven with grill, separate shower cubicle, kitchen, wardrobe and generous lounge seating including the cab seats.
The table can be mounted either in the centre floor area, or near the sliding door for those warm evenings spent gazing at the view. Some people may find the lounge seat height a little high, though the cab seats do have height adjustment. Above the forward facing dinette seat there is a tv bracket (an aerial is not standard) with 12/230v power point and the Webasto diesel heating control. This system delivers warm air via ducting throughout the vehicle including the washroom.
The washroom space is maximised by mounting the Thetford toilet at the rear and placing the vanity unit against the side wall, whilst the shower is small by necessity and makes use of a curtain rather than a screen.
In the 650, there are 3 bed options, allowing for longitudinal, transverse or single bed makeup. Cab screening is quick thanks to the fitment of Remis blinds. The kitchen has a useful amount of storage above and below even with the oven present.
